Riesling: High Acid, Many Sweetness Levels

Aromatic, high-acid white that can be bone dry or lusciously sweet—one of the best partners for spicy food.

Riesling is the most misunderstood “sweet” wine because it isn’t one thing. The through-line is high acidity and aroma—peach, citrus, flowers—while sweetness varies from bone-dry to dessert-wine sweet.
