Template fields

| Photos taken | Before, label, broken part, fasteners, and reassembly reference. |
| Part number | Exact part, source, shipping cost, and return constraints. |
| Safety concerns | Electrical, heat, gas, pressure, battery, water, chemical, sharp, or structural flags. |
| Repair cost | Parts, tools, labor, shipping, and tax. |
| Time spent | Diagnosis, shopping, repair, testing, and cleanup. |
| Outcome | Fixed, paused, professional repair, replaced, or recycled. |
