Field	What to record
Coffee	Bean, roast date, roast level, and dose.
Method	Pour-over, espresso, French press, cold brew, or other.
Grind setting	Grinder model and setting, plus whether it moved finer or coarser.
Water	Water amount, temperature, and source.
Brew time	Drawdown, steep, or shot time.
Taste	Sour, bitter, sweet, flat, muddy, papery, smoky, or balanced notes.
Next change	One planned change for the next brew.
