Cocoa Studio is for anyone who has ever tasted a bar and wondered how chocolate can be this fruity, floral, or wild. We built it to help you read chocolate the way you might read coffee or wine: as something shaped by origin, fermentation, roast, and craft, not just sugar.

Our guides focus on the decisions that change what you actually taste, and translate them into cues you can recognize without a lab coat. We also take ethics seriously, because the most memorable chocolate begins with farmers and fermentaries whose work deserves to be visible and fairly rewarded.
